My Ultimate Test is a set of goals which I have set for myself, all these goals have timeframes in which to be achieved. I have commited myself to all these goals

I achieved all my goals for January that I laid out and it was a very proud moment for me, I now have new goals for Feb and soon I will be setting goals that will be for the following 9 months leading to December. You can find my monthly goals in the first journal entry of each month.

Why am I doing this?

Well firstly, I found that after my life changing experience of having a crippling hip disease, and after having God bless me with a great prosthetic hip, I was slipping back into my old habits, of an unhealthy life style, drinking, eating badly, etc. So I decided this year I was going to put my amazing gift of being able to walk properly again to good use. I wanted to find ways to be more active, to live healthier to find ways of helping my community. It was this passion and Fritz's amazing support and synergy of our goals that got me to the point I am now.

Secondly, I have had some things that I have always wanted to do and just never get around to; this framework gives me the opportunity to accomplish these things. How?

Well, for starters I have learnt the importance of my spoken word and how I handle my integrity, specifically when saying that I will do something, actually doing it, and giving it a time frame to-do it within. Your word than becomes so much more powerful, as it is filled with intent and commitment.

Anyway, I have created this area for any who wish to be part of this journey with me, for you to see my goals and view my journal entries and share in my challenges and triumphs, to be part of it with me.

I hope that all who visit here enjoy what they read and I hope I may be an inspiration to anyone who passes through.
