Hux™ IT Consortium (Pty) Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Africa Heritage Investments (AHI) and forms part of the group's ICT and media division. Africa Heritage Investments (Pty) Ltd (AHI) is a Broad Based Black Economic Empowered investment holding company. It was incorporated in South Africa in January 2004 under the provisions of the Companies Act , 1973, as amended and is wholly owned by Africa Heritage Trust (AHT).
AHI operates like an investment and venture capital fund with interests in diverse sectors of the Southern African economy. AHI and its subsidiaries have in their employ in excess of 1,000 individuals, 75% of whom are from previously disadvantaged racial groups with an annual turnover around R1,5 billion.
The group is spread across Southern Africa with vested International interests. Some group brands include; AllJoy Foods Ltd., Salister Diesel, Tony’s Logistics, Black Savanah, Vitamech, Grand Bridge Motors, Hereford Risk Solutions, Competitive Cars, Eastern Cape Market, ProFlour, Durban Grits, ECC Properties, Graphitech and AH Media.
