Our main focus was on developing a system that would allow us to effectively manage and grow the freelance market. This resulted in us being able to provide our clients with a secure controlled web access page where our clients are able to post all their IT projects as a Spec. Based on their’ predetermined requirements, the project is posted on the network allowing freelance programmers access to these requirements. Through our specially designed rating and multi level grading system we allow only competent freelance developers the opportunity to bid for these projects based their abilities, grading and required work load distribution.
