Our Vision

Our vision is to propagate our skills training programs to every employer who is serious about increasing the skills competency of their workers, to encourage workforce diversity and participation within the workplace for the benefit of the company and its human resources, and to provide the essential ingredients to stimulate the desire for self-improvement among employees and consequently increase productivity that has the advantage of benefiting not only organisations or individuals, but also to create opportunities for wealth creation for all South Africans. UTS has since 1974 demonstrated its leadership capabilities in the development of people. It is in this capacity that UTS offers its expertise to contribute to the advancement of business enterprises in general.
