Shakabarker tours is situated within the Village of St. Lucia, in the Southern section of The Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park. A bustling village deriving it's income from tourism. This village is surrounded by many natural assets and the ecosystem is linked to a number of migratory life cycles from the mighty Humpback Whales to Caspian Terns and Leatherback Turtles. Our mission is to promote a better understanding of our natural environment - to inform and create excitement about all things wild. We are, after all, in some small way inter linked with every creature on this planet. The director is a qualified scientist and registered national tour guide. Kian has 15 years experience and is widely travelled and respected in his knowledge of The Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park.
