We ensure that our Clients have Competent Technicians and Operators to operate their Specific Equipment in a Safe and Efficient Manner.

PSTS (Plant Specific Training Solutions) is a Training and Development Consultancy, established by a group of individuals who has worked extensively in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, designing and implementing CBMT Systems. The methodology has been successfully applied over the past twenty years in more than 50 companies. The PSTS Team consists of carefully selected and trained Engineers and Technicians practicing as CBMTS Specialists. PSTS is an ‘on site’ based company and work directly from our Client premises.

CBMTS is defined as Industry, Plant, Position and Task Specific Learning provided in order to directly improve Individual Performance on the job. This means that an Individual has the Knowledge, Ability, and Skill and has proven that he/she can perform his/her duties exactly as required by the Process.

Individual Performance is improved by learning and mastering Plant Specific Technology, Processes or series of Activities applied in context. Our proven Methodology has been applied in various Industries in order to ensure the desired Process Outcome.

Our CBMTS can be applied for new learners entering our Client Company as well as existing employees through RPL (Recognition for Prior Learning) or APA (Appreciation for Prior Learning).

Our Learning Management System plan, Maintains, Manages and Reports Progress of Training taking place. The Learning Management System (LMS) provides the following:

  • Online availability/ access to Training Modules (or LAN)
  • Online Self Test Multiple Choice Questionnaires to confirm Theoretical Knowledge (or LAN)
  • Database to Manage Individual Development Plans and report Progress
  • Monitoring and Tracking of Training per Shift or Business Unit (for Supervisors and Plant Managers)
